Seeking an experienced Tax Manager who brings both technical excellence and a passion for guiding clients toward financial success. The Tax Manager will manage complex income tax returns, lead client engagements, and assist with tax structuring for real estate transactions. The Tax Manager will supervise junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives.
Collaborate with the Global Tax Director and external advisors to prepare, review, and file U.S. federal and state income tax returns, tax position papers, and transfer pricing documentation. Prepare and manage U.S. federal and state tax provision workpapers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for state tax notices, responding to inquiries and managing state tax audits.
To accompany a new and exciting chapter of transformation and growth, we are looking for a Director of Tax of the AVIV Group with the opportunity to build up the group tax function. The Director of Tax is responsible for direction and overseeing the AVIV global and in particular German tax compliance . The Director of Tax will directly report to the CFO.
